My cursor moves around it just fine but nothing will link and the highlighted email at the top of the incoming list does not show in the View side of the screen. New emails are being added to incoming. I tried to contact customer support through chat but they need a PIN (dont have one for this that I know of) They want account number (dont have one for the email adddress that I know of) and want U-Verse number (Don't have).
